Upload receipts, work orders, warranty files, title and registration documents, and service history in one place. You can add records manually, upload them through the service flow, or email maintenance PDFs and photos from your verified account to docs@vindxit.com for review and confirmation before they are linked.
You can also email records to docs@vindxit.com from your verified account.
By emailing documents to docs@vindxit.com, you authorize VinDXit to review them, link them to the correct vehicle or VIN, and use de-identified information derived from them for internal operations, scoring development, analytics, and product improvement. Personal identifying information remains private as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Email records into your vault
Email maintenance PDFs or other documents from any email address to docs@vindxit.com. VinDXit A.I. turns them into privacy-safe maintenance evidence, lets you review the Evidence Sheet, and asks you to confirm the vehicle match before anything is linked for the first time.

Use the service timeline
Open the service page to add visits manually, upload supporting files, attach documents to existing visits, and strengthen the VIN-root history behind the vehicle.
